Living in France, Holland, Brazil, Senegal and Jamaica over the past two decades helped cultivate in me a deep appreciation for an array of gourmet desserts and the art of chocolate. Here at home in Northern California, I have also spent the last 20 years using my grandfather’s famous recipe to inspire others to indulge in the sweet pleasure of English Toffee. I am honored to carry on our beloved family tradition by passing to my young son the Alchemy of Chocolate Nuts & Love.

As a fourth generation Northern Californian, my childhood included a lot of family time enjoying the mountain life as a welcome break from our city existence. Growing up, I loved practicing yoga with my father while my grandfather made English toffee for the whole family. I was inspired to do the same, and now find my life pleasantly full of both: yoga and toffee! For years I have traveled the world as a fulltime yoga instructor, and I still delight in placing bite-sized pieces of toffee in front of each of my students yoga mats while they relax in savasana.
